We are close to the world of "Slow Food" to rediscover the riches and aromas of local history. The scent of nature accompanies our dishes, a genuine simplicity with much love and prepared with care, following the rhythms of the seasons.

The wait is minimal, the appetizers begin to whet the appetite, from veal with tuna sauce to seasonal vegetables, while the tradition offers the classic Piedmontese Agnolotti. But we are in the land of Ruchè ... and from all over the world come to taste the Risotto with Ruchè, prepared with rice from Morano, a typical production area.
